DAY THIRTY-FIVE - WEIGH IN #5

Woke up and went to my Weight Watchers meeting this morning. I lost 1.8 pounds again this week. For a total of 13 pounds. I can really feel it in my clothes. My pants basiclly fall off when I woke. It's an awesome feeling.

I got to go bike riding on my new bike today. I rode for about 11.5 miles with Chris and Allie. Wow, we did a ton of hills!! Who would have ever thought I would be able to handle hills. I was talking with Chris and Sarah about two years ago. I went bike riding with them and I could barely do 2 miles. The street right next to their house has a slight hill and I struggled hard core. I don't remember if I had to walk the bike, but I know it was very hard. I have come a long way already.

GOAL COMPLETED: SIX OUT OF SIX WORKOUTS.

My goal for this upcoming week is to eat 34 grams of fiber a day.
