DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE - PURE EXHAUSTION

Man another long day at work. I did not get as much done as I wanted to!! I am looking forward to Friday because our physician is gone, so I am going to get a TON of work done!!

After work I headed down to the YMCA and ran on the treadmill. I must say that this was the worst run ever!! I had no energy. I think it's because I slept horrible the night before and a long day at work. I hope when I run next Tuesday night it will better. It's just disappointing because I felt awesome on my run Sunday. Oh well. Onto the next one!!

Well I am exhausted and going to get ready for bed!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FOUR - MONDAY

What a long monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I worked non stop today!! I am finally almost caught up with my nursing routers. It takes a lot out of me to stare at a computer screen and write out schedules all day long!! Tomorrow is my last day on the nursing end and on Wednesday I move into the Doctor scheduling role!! I need a break from nursing schedules I am pretty burnt out.

Bowling went well. Our team won 21 out of 30 points. Awesome!!

Well now I have to leave. I have a few things I need to do before heading to bed.

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-THREE - RUNNING

I am finally getting my fitness level back up. I had such a good run today at the YMCA. I decided to start at week three of my running program. Which is two sets of running ninety seconds, walk ninety seconds, run three minutes, walk three minutes. The three minutes of running was a struggle at first, but I kept telling myself that I have done it before and I can do it again. Yea for sweating!!

After working out I headed to the movies with my sister. We went and saw Harry Potter. I have already seen it so it was fun to hit my sister at the scary parts and make her scream. I made her jump really bad at one point. It was so funny!!

Now on to bed!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-TWO - WEIGH IN #21

I had an awesome weigh in this week. I lost five pounds. I could not believe it!! I have now officially lost all of the weight I had gained over the last couple of weeks and plus .8 more. For a total of 29.6 pounds since I started. I feel so renewed. I definitely have proof that exercise is the key to my weight loss.

Tomorrow I will be running again. Can't wait. 5K here I come!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-ONE - FUN!!

I actually had to work today. Big bummer. It went well though and I got out on time. Dr.Zakem bought pizza for all of us today. It was so nice of him and it was really good to!!

After work I headed to the YMCA and worked out on the ellipticial. Finally feel like I am getting my exercise routine back!! It feels so good to sweat.

Now I am just chilling with my buddies playing some rock band and Wii games!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND EIGHTY - THANKSGIVING

What a wonderful day. I guess any day that I don't have to go to work is wonderful. I woke up this morning and headed to the YMCA. I ran and walked for 28 minutes. It felt so good to sweat. I am so happy that I am back to exercising. It is a great outlet for stress. I don't if I will wake up in time to go tomorrow morning, but I am for sure going to Zumba tomorrow at 6:30PM!! Have I said how much I love Zumba.

Thanksgiving was short, but wonderful!! I went to my Uncle Steve's. Got to see my cousin Casey, her husband Kevin, and their daughter Hailey. My cousin Cherelle, my Grandma, Chris, Sarah, Brooke, Blake, Allie, my parents, and my uncles girlfriend Connie. I am so thankful for my family!! I love them all so much!!

I am also thankful for all of my friends who love and support me in all that I do!! Love ya!!

Well time to head to bed so I can get up and go to work!!

Why has my job become stressful again. I am so exhausted!! Our doctor is out of the office next Friday and the following Monday, so I am hoping to catch up!!

I am going to be heading to bed soon because I want to get plenty of rest to go workout in the morning at the YMCA. They are open until 1pm tomorrow. Can't wait.

WORK IS SO STRESSFUL RIGHT NOW!!!! I cannot get caught up. It is so frustrating. I just want to get to a point where I can come into work and not have anything but what comes in that day. HA HA HA!! Never going to happen.

After I got out of work I was planning on running. Instead I received a call from my brother yesterday and he told me he had a doctor's appointment today at 5:30PM over by my work. He asked if I could help watch Brooke and Blake with Sarah in the waiting room. What's more important running or seeing my neice and nephew? I think you all know. It seems lately that I have not taken time for myself, but that is going to change. I am running for SURE on Thursday and Friday of this week. I am also going to Zumba class Friday night. I am so ready to SWEAT!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-SEVEN - NO TIME

I ran out of time at work today. I was trying so hard to get all of my routers done, but the second I got one done there was two more. Unbelievable!! It's the kind of day where you spin your wheels.

Bowling went well today in spite of it being so humid. I had an above average series and our team won twenty out of thirty points. We needed a good week because last week we only won 5 and half.

Now it's time for me to head to bed. I have a meeting at work at 7:30AM!!

Today I read an article about how important hydration. I actually learned that having clear urine is a sign of over-hydration. The perfect color for your urine should be a very pale yellow. If your urine is the color of apple juice that means you are dehydrated. Hope you all found this interesting.

Now on the watching "The Last Airbender" with riff tracks. I hope that I do not fall asleep!!

I am going to make this one quick because I have to head out to a thirtith birthdat party for a friend. Man there has been a ton of these birthday's lately. Face it everyone we are getting old!!

Prepping mentally for getting back into my running program tomorrow. I am ready to kick it into high gear. The second that registration opens up for the Irish Jig 5k I am signing up. NO EXCUSES!! Does anyone remember those shirts? I used to have a couple back in High School. Again I am showing my age :)

I had so much fun today!! I feel like I am truly getting back on track. After work I went over to Jessica's. I was supposed to play with the girls, but I fell asleep. Oops!! I guess I must have needed it. After that I headed to Zumba down at the YMCA and forgot how much I actually like to sweat. I know that sounds so weird. I had a blast.

HARRY POTTER came next!! It feels like I been waiting for forever to see this movie. It was really well done!! Now I only have to wait til next July to see part two!!

I had such a long day at work today. I have so much work to do it is unbelievable. I can't wait til I feel more under control if that will ever happen.

I walked into bowling today and on the table was three balloons. My sister brought them and then Jessica brought cupcakes from Cupcakes by Design!! I was so surprised!! It's like my birthday is never going to end. Thanks guys you make me feel so loved!!

I feel like things are kind of getting back to normal. I am going to start back working out this Friday. I am going to Zumba class before going to see the new Harry Potter movie. I am going to try and see if there is a Yoga class on Saturday that I can take. Then I am going to restart my running program for the third and final time on Sunday. I have decided not to hold myself to a strict bedtime because that is so unrealistic, so I am changing the day's that I will be running. It will be Sunday afternoon, Tuesday night, and Friday morning. I am getting excited to get back in the saddle.

I am so tired today. I woke up early to go to a meeting at my work. Turns out the meeting was moved to next Tuesday and our staff was not notified. I also worked late because I traded shifts for a co-worker. I am so run down!! I am keeping this short and sweet tonight because I am planning on heading to bed in a little bit.

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND SEVENTY - MY 30TH BIRTHDAY

I had two surprises today at work!! First my friend Jessica stopped by my work with Grace and Molly. They gave me some flowers and I got a hug from Grace!! After I got back from lunch I received a cookie bouquet from my Mom, Dad, and Allie. It was so cute! I put pictures up, so everyone can see. I feel so absolutely loved on my 30th birthday!! Thanks everyone for all of the birthday wishes!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE - 500/600 TOURNAMENT

Today I bowled in the 500/600 club tournament. I did ok, but only had one good game of 194. That game actually won me five dollars in the handicap pot. It was fun bowling with Vicky and Carol. Carol's husband Tom came up and watched us bowl. Two summers ago he was helping with my game. He wants me to try out a wrist guard for my arm because he thinks I throw the ball well, but I break my wrist once in a while and don't stay behind the ball as well as I should. I borrowed one from Carol and cannot wait to go practice with it on.

At night we visited Chris, Sarah, Brooke, and Blake for a little bit. I had so much fun doing an impromptu photo shoot with Brooke. Look at the pictures and can see just how much fun we both had.

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT - HAIRCUT

Today I got my haircut by my friend Cammy. I did not go too short, but I definitly got some inches taken off!! I love it. It feels so light and free. Plus I can still put in a pony tail for working out.

I went to the mall late afternoon to buy some perfume at Victoria's Secret. My favorite scent is Heavenly. I had a coupon that if I bought at least a $35.00 I got a 2.5oz scent for free. Awesome!! When I was in line to pay there was two girls in front of me who were trying to return some items. They were so rude to the cashier that the supervisor came up and said she was cancelling the transaction. The woman said why? and the supervisor said because my staff does not need to be talked to like that. Then the lady got really mad and started to call her a fat B****!! They called security to get her removed from the store. People are crazy!!

Time for bed. I have to bowl tomorrow!!

My nephew Blake was born on 11/10/10 at 10:42PM!! I am so excited. It was wonderful to finally meet him and hold him. I love cuddling with a newborn!! He is so handsome.

So many babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My good friend Irma had her baby girl Hanna yesterday at 2:20PM!! I got to go up and see her on my lunch break. Jessica, Grace and Molly came along. She is so adorable!! Congrats to Irma and her husband. The Picture below is of Hanna sleeping!!

Now we play the waiting game for my nephew to be born. I can't wait to meet him.

I am going to head to bed now. That is if I can fall asleep!!

My friend Jessica has turned me on to the show Dexter. I love this show. I am one episode away from finishing the first season. I am actually about ready to watch that in a few miniutes here. I have aways been a gore fan and this show has the gore!!

Still waiting for baby Blake to be born!! I keep thinking any minute we will get the phone call from my brother telling us that Sarah has gone in to labor!! I can not wait!!

Time for me to head over to netflix!! Can't wait for Zumba on Friday!!

Where does the time go. I could have used at least ten more hours at work. I have that much work to do. I guess that's what I get for taking a day off. Oh well it was worth it!!

Bowling sucked tonight!! We got smoked by our opponent. It's a good thing that we start a new quarter next week. My friend Teresa gave me an old bowling ball of hers and I am so excited to try it out. I will get it opened up on Wednesday!! I am so excited. Eventually she will give me lessons if we can get our schedules to work out.

Now I wait very impatiently for my brother to call to say my sister-in-law is in labor, I hope it happens soon.

Time got away from me today. My sister and I took our cousin McKenna to Ihop for breakfast and then to the movies to see Megamind. She loved the movie. I thought it was very cute. I love going to the movies. After that I accidently took a nap that I was not planning on. Whoops!! Then I brought McKenna home. I then tried to finish season one of Dexter. I am one episode away. I definitly love that show!!Super addictive to a weirdo like me that likes gore :) Now it's time to head to bed.

Busy day tomorrow at work and then on to bowling!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND SIXTY-ONE - SURPRISE

Today was the day of my surprise birthday party!!!! I only knew of the date, but not what the actual party was. My family threw me a roller skating birthday party. Many of my friends and their families came. It was so fun to see all of the kids skating. I fell once right on my butt and was reminded pretty quickly that I was not as young as I used to be. We played some of the games we used to when I was a kid like dead bug and the hokey poky. I even got to go into this air box and catch pieces of paper with dollar amounts on them and got to spend it at the toy shop. I caught ten dollars worth. After that we had cake and I opened presents. My sister made me a three tier cake with bowling pins and a ball on top. It was so awesome!!

After we left the roller skating rink we went to my brother's and had pizza and pop. In my case I had water since I don't drink pop!! My brother also built a bonfire. It was such a good time!! I have the bestest of friends and an awesome family. Thanks everyone for such a good time. I would put pictures up, but I left my camera at my brothers!!

I am writing this after midnight which is actully after eleven because of the time change!!

Today I had the day off. I went into work anyways to surprise my friend Susan. It's her birthday this month and we wanted to surprise her with Cake and presents. It was such an awesome time. She was so surprised. It was great to be able to spend time with her. Jessica and her girls came up and visited as well.

After that my sister and I went to Design One. I treated my sister to a pedicure. She has only had one before this and it was not in an actual salon. She enjoyed it very much. I enjoyed it very much!! Now I have pink sparkly toe nails!!

Now I am going to hunt some more diapers!! Enjoy the pics!!

Today is my Friday!!!!!! Work went so fast and I got a lot done. I only had to leave a couple of things for Kristen to finish up. I thought that was pretty good.

I cannot wait for tomorrow. My sister and I are getting pedicures. I have not had one since March and I am so looking forward to it. I am keeping this short because I am going to continue the diaper hunt!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY-EIGHT - HEADACHE

I woke up this morning with the worst headache ever!! I don't normally get headaches, so when I do it sucks. It didn't even go away by the time I went to work. When I was sitting at my desk I almost threw up it hurt so bad. It finally went away and I could work a lot better for the rest of the day.

Tomorrow is my Friday. My sister and I are going to get pedicures on this upcoming Friday and I cannot wait.

Now on to relax and hunt for diaper icons!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SEVEN - ELECTION DAY

I woke up early this morning with one purpose in mind. Voting!! I got to the polls a little before 7:30AM. I was voter number 10 in my precinct. I love voting. I hope everyone went out and exercised their right to vote!!

I made it to work and had been there about an hour when one of my co-workers comes up to me and says, "I think your shirt's on backwards". Yea I was in a hurry this morning. I quickly ran into the bathroom and turned it inside right. Too funny!!

After work I went to the mall and bought a new shirt and gloves. After shopping I went home and started the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt. I am doing the hunt for Jessica, but I am really doing it because I view as a game. You have to go to websites and find the diaper icon and you have the potential to win prizes. Very fun!!

Well it's late and I am heading to bed. Night everyone!!

DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SIX - HURTING

I developed a lump under my right arm last night. I have had them in the past, but never this big. When I originally got the first one I went to the doctor who said it was just a swollen sweat gland and that it would go away in a few days. It did. I have had a few since then, but never one this big. I realized when I was leaving work that I would have to bowl three games basically rubbing against it the whole time. It is so sore right now. I hope it goes away real soon.

You may have notice that I did not go work out this morning. I have decided to take another rest week. I can't seem to shake this infection. If I still have it by Wednesday I will be heading into the Doctor's office. I might try to do Zumba on Friday.
