I woke up this morning and went to my weekly Weight Watchers meeting. I lost one pound for a total of 20.8 pounds. My normal meeting leader is still on vacation, so that was kind of a bummer. She is supposed to be next week and I cannot wait. She is very inspiring and funny. She is also very realistic which is what I need.
After my meeting I went to the Wolverine YMCA for Zumba. The normal instructor was back today and I could not have been happier. She has such a great attitude and is so upbeat. She comes out into the class at times to encourage you to work harder. I love that!! I hope she will instruct this class for a long time.
Goal met: Five workouts down - zero to go.
My goal for this week is to journal everyday in my food journal. It's something that I have been lacking on for the past month. Just keeping track of points in my head, but I need to actually see what I am eating.
