Today after work I went to the Downtown YMCA. I decided that I would workout on the strive machines because it has been awhile since I have done it last. It felt good, but my body could tell it's been a few weeks. I know now that I need to do this every week, sot I can up the amount on the weights.
Tomorrow morning I will be going back to the Downtown YMCA to do some cardio. I cannot wait to workout on the elliptical!! It's definitely time to sweat!!
Goal update: Three workouts down ~ two to go!!
