"It doesn't matter if you try and try and try again, and fail. It does matter if you try and fail, and fail to try again." ~ Charles Kettering
This morning I went to my Weight Watchers meeting. I lost 2.2 pounds this week for a total of 19.2 pounds. I was so very happy!! I meeting my goal of two pounds per a week. I can't believe how long I have been doing this already. I am so glad that I have so much support from all my family and friends. I could not do it to best of my ability without everyone's help.
After the meeting Allie and I went bike riding on the Kent Trails. We were going to do the M6 trail, but decided against it because at least on the Kent Trail it has a lot of trees which equals less rain pouring down on us. We did get very wet and dirty. I wore a dark shirt, but Allie wore a light colored shirt. By the time we finished she had a racing strip of dirt all the way down the middle of her back. It looked kind of funny!!
It figures on the last day of the week I would not reach my goal of eating 35 grams of fiber. That is one hard goal to meet when you don't have a normal day. I did not plan good for today at all.
My goal for this week is going to be working out four times this week. I am starting small because of all the hours that I am putting in at work. We will see if I can get more workouts than four done.
Melanie :)
Great Job!
