Had a great time today. Rode another two miles on my bike at the campground. Gearing up for the 8 mile bike ride tomorrow on the island. I can't wait because this has been my goal since I started to work out!!
Today my family and I went to a place called Castle Rock. It is located in St.Ignace, MI. You get pay a dollar and walk up a ton of steps. Nothing like finding ways to exercise on vacation even if you have to pay for it :) We took some fun pictures on top of Castle Rock and with Paul Bunyan and Babe the big blue ox.
I came closer to my goal of fiber, but will still fall short by five grams.

I <3 Castle Rock/St. Ignace. I will live there some day! Climbing those stairs is definitely a work out! Great job with all your progress!
