DAY FOURTY-FOUR - WATER

What a workout I had tonight!! It was awesome. My water exercise instructor kicked butt tonight. We had different stations each where we did a different exercise like bicycle kicks, swimming laps, water push-ups, flutter kicks, and tuck jumps. We did each exercise for a minute and twenty seconds. In between each exercise we had to swim the entire circle of the pool (deep and shallow) until we reached the next station. I am definitly feeling it tonight. At the end she had us swim a relay in teams. We each had to jump out of the water to a certain point in the pool and then come back. All the while your teammate was jumping the rest of us had to do different exercises. The next part of the relay was sprinting in water. Our team won!! Next week our instructor said that our entire class will be game night!!

Tomorrow is bike riding!!
